So, my testimonial is from a bodybuilder's perspective.
For bodybuilders the simple fact is that our bodies only grow when we are resting - not when we are lifting. I found that using the Chi Machine after my workout was much better than just resting. I felt it was like an "Active-Relaxation" period. And, that got me very excited.
I noticed after using my Chi Machine for a couple of weeks, I began to see an accelerated recovery time from my workouts. Serious bodybuilders have a much more active workout program than normal people, so it just makes sense we have a more Active-Relaxation rest period also. Not only did I notice accelerated recovery time, I also felt revitalized with much less muscle and joint soreness.
Another thing that bodybuilders constantly have to deal with is that our workouts create and release different toxins into our body. The best way to remove those accumulated toxins is by having them flushed out using the body's lymph system. From the research that has been done on the Chi Machine it shows that the figure 8 movement it uses helps to stimulate the lymph system and help it to flush away the toxins that are created. And, it helps give my blood additional oxygen. I can really feel the difference my Chi Machine gives me.
